Giving something back to its most loyal employees, 40 of Nuneaton based Triton Shower’s longest standing staffs has each been presented with one of the company’s coveted Long Service Awards in celebration of reaching their 10, 20 and 25 year employment milestones.

The UK’s leading shower manufacturer and largest employee in the area, Triton itself enjoyed 35 years of successful business growth in autumn last year. Putting this accomplishment very much down to the commitment of its employees, the company prides itself on supporting and developing the talents of its staff to help maintain this strong industry position, and the recognition awards have become a well received part of this.

Of the 40 employees receiving the long serving accolade, 21 have been with the company for over 10 years. A further ten awardees have been on the payroll for 20 years, and nine have been working for the business for a fantastic 25 years plus.

This year’s award winners came from all areas the business from production, personnel, and design to research, customer service and sales. Each winner was presented with a specially created certificate and a thank you gift of their choice and the selected gifts ranged from stylish ‘Cross’ pens to donations to the Help for Hero’s charity.

Kevin Hadley, production manager at Triton, received an award for 25 years service:

“I and all of the people who received a long service award were greatly appreciative of this recognition. It is certainly something Triton does not have to do, so it means a great deal.  I have been at Triton for over 25 years now and throughout this time have been given the chance to develop skills and progress throughout the business. The support and opportunities available give everyone a real sense of being a key part of the company which is rewarding in itself. To receive an award that shows just how much our contribution is valued is a fantastic feeling.”
